If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that Special Orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. For details on exclusions, feel free to reach out directly.

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for the purchase price Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Items must be in new, unused condition Harmonia reserves the right to deny returns for any product showing signs of use or customer damage.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For cash or check payments, a corporate check will be mailed within 14 business days.

Special Orders

Special Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Because production begins immediately, Special Orders may only be changed or canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this window, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Claims & Damages

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery receipt and send photos to customerservice@harmonialiving.com right away. For concealed damage discovered after delivery, notify us with photos within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist with a resolution.
